We've completed transforming our garage into a docking station for our Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 camper van.
We'll give you the tour of how we organized the space to create an open and spacious workshop, as well as how it can function as a home base during extended travel, should we need to return for any reason - even if we have a house sitter or renter residing in our off-grid home.

We’re escaping to the San Juan Mountains in our Mercedes Sprinter Adventure Van. We’re recovering from an illness, along with Jessie, who is recovering from a broken claw from our last adventure. The three of us have been lying around, trying to recover and getting back on our feet and paws. I
t’s been over two weeks, and although we’re feeling better, this illness still lingers. For the sake of our sanity and well-being, it’s time to get back out into the mountains and shift the energy.

Adventure Photography Series
After three months on the road, we’re wrapping up our Autumn Van Life Adventure Photography Series.
In this video series, we travel from Lake Powell to the Eastern Sierra to reunite with Matt’s brothers and their families. Here, we join Mark for his first major hike after surviving a lung transplant.
Next, we return to the Oregon Coast for more magnificent photography and wildlife.
To round out our 3-month journey, we travel to the Midwest and the Upper Peninsula, then back home by way of the Badlands in South Dakota, where we explore Matt’s Native American ancestry.

Our shake-out tour took us on a challenging and exciting trip from viewing the total solar eclipse in Texas where we positioned ourselves within the zone of totality to exploring remote desert vistas in southern Utah.
